Jon N. Davies

Jon N. Davies was born in Leeds, first went to school in Stalbridge in Dorset, and grew up in Peterborough. He attended Royal Holloway College, University of London and attained an Upper Second Class B.A (Hons) in History. He has lived subsequently in Barking, Ilford, and Walthamstow, before moving first to the Welsh Marches, and then ending up in the Swansea Valley, his home of the last 2 decades. He made a promise to his late father to create a series of Family Legacy books, chronicling the life of their family, and he is also a local historian working on bringing back to life the history of the Gough family, squires of Ynyscedwyn.
